Refund & Return Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong product.

If your parcel appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept the delivery.

Please email us within 24 hours at bobbydressmaterials1973@gmail.com with the subject "TAMPERED PARCEL" and include your Order ID.

Once the parcel reaches us, we will either:

• Send a replacement (subject to availability), or
• Process a refund.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your Order ID
• Clear photos of the product
• An unedited package opening video (mandatory)

Once your request is approved, please return the product within 2 days via India Post to:

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will:

• Replace it with the same product (subject to availability),
• Exchange it for another product of equal value, or
• Process a refund.

Reasonable return shipping charges will also be reimbursed.

Returned products must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In their original condition
• With all original tags and packaging intact

Returns will not be accepted if the product has stains, perfume, body odour, water damage, or any signs of use.

Actual product colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting.

Handcrafted fabrics such as Block Prints, Kalamkari, and similar traditional prints may naturally contain slight print variations or irregularities. These are characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for these reasons.

Products purchased during sales or using discount coupons, promotional offers, or gift vouchers are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are damaged or an incorrect item has been delivered.

If an order is returned to us because of:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer unavailable
• Delivery refusal
• Failed delivery attempts

Shipping and handling charges will be deducted.

The remaining amount will be issued as store credit, which can be used for a future purchase on our website. Cash refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your return.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds generally take 1–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
